Returns & Refund Policy

At Kathakriya by Simran Pawar, we take great care in designing and delivering high-quality planners and journals. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  • Please ensure that all product details are reviewed carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Orders placed during sales, promotional offers, or discount periods are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as torn pages, printing errors, binding defects, or missing items), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a request, please email us at support@kathakriya.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue
  • A complete, unedited unboxing video (starting from sealed package opening)

⚠️ The unboxing video is mandatory to verify claims of damage or defect.
Requests submitted without proper proof may not be eligible for review.


3. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
  • If only the outer packaging (courier bag, box, sleeve, thank-you card, or complimentary items) is damaged but the actual product is intact, the item will not qualify for exchange or refund.
  • Products purchased during sale or discount periods are not eligible for return or exchange.

After 24 hours from delivery, we may not be able to process any exchange requests.

In case of confirmed missing or defective items, we may offer:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Store credit equivalent to the product value.

4. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • The process will be completed within approximately 14 working days.
  • Reverse and re-shipping charges will be covered by us for approved defect claims.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges (both forward and return).

If delivery issues occur due to courier partner errors, we will take responsibility for shipping costs.


5. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds are considered only in cases where:

  • A replacement is not possible, and
  • The claim has been verified and approved by our team.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
