Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship across India.

International Shipping:
At present, we do not offer international shipping. Any updates regarding international delivery will be announced on our website.


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

In cases where a refund is applicable and shipping charges must be deducted, Kathakriya will determine the exact shipping amount (including forward and return shipping, if applicable). These charges are non-negotiable as they reflect actual logistics costs.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–10 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability or order volume.
  • For personalized or custom-made products, processing times may be longer. Customers will be informed of estimated timelines where applicable.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch:

  • Standard delivery generally takes 5–15 working days, depending on location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Ekaami is not responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect address or pincode
  • Incomplete contact details

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, any eligible refund will be processed only after deducting shipping costs (both forward and return).


7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery attempts fail due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order
  • Incorrect details provided

The shipment may be returned to us by the courier.

In such cases, refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting actual shipping charges incurred (to and fro).

Return shipping charges are generally borne by the customer unless the return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect product dispatch.

  • Government restrictions
  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the logistics partner in proper condition.
